Shipping

Free standard shipping on orders over Rs. 5,000.
Orders below that threshold may incur a flat shipping charge at checkout (see cart summary).
Dispatch is typically within 48 working hours unless we message you about a made-to-order piece.

Ranges are typical working days after your parcel leaves our studio—not a guarantee for remote areas or carrier delays.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available for most cities. Please keep your phone reachable so the courier can confirm—this reduces failed deliveries and keeps prices fair for everyone.

Returns & exchanges

Unworn items with tags attached may be returned within 7 days of delivery where eligible.
Bridal, heavily embellished, or altered pieces may be final sale—details on the product page.
If the item differs materially from photos or description, contact us within 48 hours with images.
